![]() On the view it is indeed mountains but closer in is a massive apartment complex, not really that great to view. Had a Florence Suite on the 17th floor of the Tuscan tower with a "mountain view". I've stayed here many times in the Tuscan tower and this room is the most run down we have had. Disappointed when you get a high level suite. they need mattress pads or something to keep the plastic away from the sheets. All of the wear was OK but the bed was not in good shape, well worn and a plastic mattress wrapper with and unfitted sheet with no hold downs was like a sweaty slip and slide with the sheets coming undone in the night and making for a miserable sleep. There was lots of wear on the leather (pleather) sofa, The walls were dinged, carpet had a buckle in it that was near a trip hazard, and showing the age a bit, for one of the top rooms I expected it to be in better shape than it was. ![]() The bathroom was excellent and the same as in the other Tuscan rooms, with a spa tub, separate shower room, separate toilet room and massive double sink area, TV and really nice lighting on dimmers. The room was very large with sofa, table and two charis and a chair with otttoman in the sitting room area of the suite.
